WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Prior approval must be obtained before any merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit. A 15% restocking charge may be applied to all returns unless they have been mis-shipped by Quality Dental Services. Return items must be shipped prepaid.WARRANTY Quality Dental Services Corp. Warrants it's products to the original purchaser against defective workmanship and materials under normal installation, use and service.  Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

Unless specifically noted, all tools are warranted for 1 year from the date of invoice. All replacement parts (except bearings) are warranted for 3 months. Please note, we have no control on bearings after they leave our office, therefore they are not warranted and can not be exchanged. All warranty claims must be sent to Quality Dental Services Corp. No other written or implied warranty exists, including warranty of merchantability or warranty fitness.
