TERM OF SALE

Payments are upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements are made by Quality Dental Services Corp. All prices are subject to change without notice. Please note, the pricing may be slightly different on the website than from the catalog. This is due to monthly specials and price adjustments.

All orders will be shipped C.O.D. until credit has been established. Balances not paid within 30 days of invoice are subject to a 11/2 % fee per month additional charge.

ORDER INFORMATION

There is no minimum order. Please specify: Part Number, Quantity, Description, P.O Number, Method of Shipment, and Date Required. All shipments are F.O.B. Oxnard, CA. U.S.A.

Shortage claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Damage claims are to be filed by the consignee to the carrier within 24 hours.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Prior approval must be obtained before any merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit. A 10% restocking charge may be applied to all returns unless they have been mis-shipped by Quality Dental Services. Return items must be shipped prepaid.WARRANTY Quality Dental Services Corp. Warrants it's products to the original purchaser against defective workmanship and materials under normal installation, use and service.

Unless specifically noted, all tools are warranted for 1 year from the date of invoice. All replacement parts (except bearings) are warranted for 3 months. Please note, we have no control on bearings after they leave our office, therefore they are not warranted and can not be exchanged. All warranty claims must be sent to Quality Dental Services Corp. No other written or implied warranty exists, including warranty of merchantability or warranty fitness.

PRICING
A monthly 1.5% interest may be charged on all accounts over 30 days.

FORCE MAJEURE

Quality Dental Services Corp. will not be liable for failure to perform on any contract or to supply products due to strikes, acts of God, interruptions in transportation, inability to obtain supplies of raw material, product shortage, or causes beyond our control.
